Flotilla heads to Poughkeepsie

The Onrust, a 17th-century Dutch replica, has left the Newburgh waterfront with the flotilla of boats that includes the Clearwater and the Half Moon, making its way up the Hudson River in celebration of the 400th anniversary of Henry Hudson's trip up the waterway.
